What are the GRETAs?
The Guelph Recognition of Excellence In The Arts (GRETAs) is an annual gala dedicated to celebrating the achievements of Guelph-based artists. The GRETAs will…
RECOGNIZE
Celebrating artistic excellence
The GRETAs will celebrate and recognize extraordinary accomplishments in the many artistic disciplines happening right here in our vibrant city.
Additionally, the GRETAs will acknowledge the overwhelmingly positive impact that artists, arts volunteers, and arts organizations have on our way of life.
ENGAGE
Inspiring and connecting artists with the community
Guelph has an accomplished, active arts sector. The GRETAs provide a platform to engage the wider Guelph community, bringing artists, supporters, and the public together at the River Run Centre Main Hall for a night of celebration.
FUND
Boosting artists through financial support
Through sponsorships, a 50/50 draw, and donations, the GRETAs will be the flagship fundraising event for Guelph Arts Council programming.
