Prerequisites

1. Artist must reside inside the city of Guelph or have their working artistic space inside the city of Guelph.

2. Artistic work must be performed/produced/published/presented in the calendar year of 2026.

Notes

1. Artistic works may be submitted by someone other than the artist. Artist will be contacted and asked if they would like to participate in the GRETAs.
2. Achievements will be looked at by our discipline insider committees with three aspects in mind. 
   • TECHNIQUE / SKILL / CRAFT
   • INNOVATION / UNIQUENESS / CREATIVITY
   • IMPACT / CONNECTION
3. The discipline category of the work must be specified in the submission.
   • Craft (jewelry, textiles, ceramics and glass)
   • Dance
   • Literature (fiction, non-fiction, graphic novel, poetry)
   • Media Arts (film, video, photography)
   • Music
   • Theatre/Comedy (theatre, comedy, spoken word, improv)
   • Visual Arts (painting, sculpture, print, drawing)
4. The submission portal is for individual works of art only (Extraordinary Work GRETA). Other recognitions (lifetime achievement, youth artist, etc.) will be identified solely by committee members.
