GRETAS Artistic Achievement Submission
Prerequisites
- Artist must reside inside the city of Guelph or have their working artistic space inside the city of Guelph.
(Not sure? Click here for the city's boundary map.) - Artistic work must be performed/produced/published/presented in the calendar year of 2026.
Notes
- Achievements may be submitted by someone other than the artist. Artist will be contacted and asked if they would like to participate in the GRETAs.
- Achievements will be looked at by our discipline insiders with three aspects in mind.
- TECHNIQUE / SKILL / CRAFT
- INNOVATION / UNIQUENESS / CREATIVITY
- IMPACT / CONNECTION
- Artists will be required to submit under one of the 7 discipline categories
- Visual Arts (painting, sculpture, print, drawing)
- Theatre/Comedy (theatre, comedy, spoken word, improv)
- Media Arts (film, video, photography)
- Music
- Dance
- Literature (fiction, non-fiction, graphic novel, poetry)
- Craft (jewelry, textiles, ceramics and glass
