GRETAS artistic achievement submission

Prerequisites

  1. Artist must reside inside the city of Guelph or have their working artistic space inside the city of Guelph.

  2. Artistic work must be performed/produced/published/presented in the calendar year of 2026.

Notes

  1. Achievements may be submitted by someone other than the artist. Artist will be contacted and asked if they would like to participate in the GRETAs.
  2. Achievements will be looked at by our discipline insiders with three aspects in mind. 
    • TECHNIQUE / SKILL / CRAFT
    • INNOVATION / UNIQUENESS / CREATIVITY
    • IMPACT / CONNECTION
  3. Artists will be required to submit under one of the 7 discipline categories
    • Visual Arts (painting, sculpture, print, drawing)
    • Theatre/Comedy (theatre, comedy, spoken word, improv)
    • Media Arts (film, video, photography)
    • Music
    • Dance
    • Literature (fiction, non-fiction, graphic novel, poetry)
    • Craft (jewelry, textiles, ceramics and glass
